Boats are a very service-intensive products. Unlike cars, the years spent by any boat in the sun, sand and salt water make it a big challenge to keep it in good running condition. Thus, the presence of an excellent service team is a necessity for success in boat sales.
Sport Boats Ltd. spare neither effort nor expense in providing service personnel and standards, to our customers, that are on par with the USA and Europe.
Authorized Service Center
We are an Authorized Service Center for both Mercruiser and Volvo Penta engines in Egypt.
To achieve this, our technicians have undergone training by Mercury and Volvo personnel, both in Egypt and Europe.
We also acquire and use the full set of special tooling required by each manufacturer as well as the latest Computer Diagnostics Systems needed for today’s sophisticated digital engines. In return, each engine manufacturer supplies us with updated electronic parts manuals and software, as well as workshop service manuals, so that all maintenance and repair work can be executed “by the book”.
Best Service Team
Our technicians are the best in their field in Egypt, highly qualified in mechanical/electrical engineering as well as possessing the most experience in marine stern drive petrol engines.
They are equipped with full tool sets including diagnostic computers to enable them to work well with today’s advanced digital engine systems.
Mobility & Communications
Most of the service on boats is accomplished on site. Our technicians are constantly traveling to remote client locations to respond to service calls.
All our technicians are equipped with personal cars, enabling them to transport themselves and all needed equipment, quickly and comfortably, to the location where the boats need service.
They are also equipped with personal mobile phones to facilitate communicating with them while they are on the road.
Consumables & Parts
We carry stocks for all needed marine consumables such as filters, spark plugs and oils. We also carry a select stock of parts that we know, through experience, are needed often such as gaskets, rubber parts, belts, senders, sensors, propellers, water and fuel pumps, impellers, etc…
Any other needed parts are supplied via courier within a few days.
All stocked parts are original OEM parts to guarantee the highest level of performance and protection for the engines.
Quality of Service
Our technicians have been trained to deal with maintenance and repairs in the same manner as in the USA and Europe.
No shortcuts of half-solutions are offered because they usually result in recurring engine breakdown.
Every repair is executed in a way that will guarantee trouble-free operations for a few hundred hours. This means that we only use original marine OEM parts and refuse any cheap substitutes.
